On Grid - Self consumption

On Grid solar panels are designed for self-consumption photovoltaic installations connected to the electricity grid. Eastech Electric has a selected range of On Grid solar panels, with monocrystalline cells of full and half-cell capacity. These cells are cut in half, with the connection box being located at the centre of the solar panel. The panel is then cut into two parts, with 50% of capacity in each part. The inclusion of half cells effectively reduces the effect of shading on the surface of the panel, ensuring lower mismatch losses and higher performance.
